Knihu Láska v Hedgehog Hollow od Jessicy Redland som spočiatku váhala čítať, no nakoniec ma príjemne prekvapila — nebola to prvoplánová romantika. Príbeh sledujeme očami Samanty: miluje Jamesa, ktorý sa však ožení s inou, a potom stretne Thomasa, s ktorým pomáha oživiť záchranné centrum pre ježkov. Kniha má pútavý dej, silne vyobrazené komplikované rodinné vzťahy (bolestný vzťah s matkou vs. láska k otcovi a dedkovi) a obsahuje aj praktické fakty a rady o ježkoch. Je to prvá časť zo série Hedgehog Hollow, ľahko čitateľný a emotívny román, ktorý odporúčam čitateľom hľadajúcim romantiku s hlbším obsahom, hoci záver mi prišiel mierne prehnaný.
