Better Than the Prom je bonusová povídka Lynn Painter ze série Lepší než ve filmu, vyprávěná z pohledu Wese Bennetta. Wes je na plese zklamaný, protože jeho láska Liz jde s Michaelem, ale poté ji potká v converskách a mikině pod pouliční lampou a uvědomí si, že Liz je pro něj lepší než samotný ples. Autorka tímto prodloužením závěrečné scény dává čtenáři možnost vidět Liz očima zamilovaného Wese, což dělá příběh roztomile romantickým a hřejivým. Jde o krátký e‑book (cca 30 stran) zveřejněný jako bonus ke knize a stojí za přečtení fanouškům série.
