Lily nie je nadšená z posmrtného života, no nájde svoje miesto v pekle, kde pomáha démonom skúsenosťami zo zákazníckej podpory a čoskoro stretne generála Bel, medzi nimi preskočia iskry. Medzitým sa za hranicami ich sveta prebúdza temná hrozba, ktorá ohrozuje všetko, a oni sa jej musia snažiť zabrániť. Kniha má vysoké hodnotenie a veľa fanúšikov, ale recenzentke takmer 700 strán a moderný, "hot" štýl plný sexu, večierkov a trendových prvkov prišli prehnané, takže jej to nefungovalo. Autorka však zrejme trafila vkus mnohých, preto stojí za to dať knihe šancu a diskutovať o nej aj s výhradami.
